Zendesk AI Agents are built on Zendesk's Resolution Platform and powered by proprietary AI that reasons through multi-intent, multi-step workflows described in natural language. They connect to external knowledge sources (Help Center, Google Drive, PDFs), orchestrate actions across CRM, ticketing, and legacy systems via APIs and pre-built integrations, and include built-in automated QA scoring for every resolved interaction. The platform also supports the Forethought integration, enabling deployment of self-improving agents on top of existing service stacks without migration.
