Clockwise was built with AI at the core of its scheduling engine, integrating deeply with calendar systems to orchestrate Smart Holds (Focus Time, Travel Time, Meeting Breaks), Flexible Meetings, and Scheduling Links. The platform employed agentic scheduling logic to evaluate team-wide calendar availability and move meetings to collectively optimal times without manual intervention. Its architecture reflected nearly a decade of work on the hard problem of shared-time coordination in enterprise environments. Upon shutdown, all managed calendar events and user data will be deleted; no data is being transferred to Salesforce.
