Capacities is built around an object-oriented knowledge graph where each entity (Meeting, Book, Person, Project, etc.) has typed properties and bidirectional links. The system implements automatic Related Content detection — scanning notes to surface implicit connections the user never explicitly linked. Daily notes serve as an unstructured inbox that integrates with the object graph over time. The app is a hosted SaaS product (servers in certified EU data centers with industry-standard encryption) with native desktop/mobile clients available for download. The Pro tier unlocks AI assistant capabilities, structured queries, and calendar integration on top of the core graph engine.
