Technical Setup & Integration

macOS Desktop App

  • Requires Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3). Download from magical.so.
  • Captures meeting audio locally — no bot is injected into the call, ensuring compatibility with all video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.).

Chrome Extension

  • Install from the Chrome Web Store. Runs in-browser for web-based workflows and meeting contexts.
  • Provides ambient note capture and action suggestions without switching apps.

Integrations

timeOS supports outbound sync to the following platforms:

  • Notion — Push structured meeting notes, summaries, and log entries to Notion DBs; import templates from Notion.
  • Google Drive — Export meeting outputs directly to Drive folders.
  • monday.com — Log meeting data, action items, and status updates to monday boards.

Workflow Templates (Builder)

Templates are prompt-driven and define output schemas (clips, charts, tables, email drafts). They are reusable and dynamically re-applied — switching a template regenerates all outputs instantly from the same transcript.

Security
