Technical Setup & Integration
macOS Desktop App
- Requires Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3). Download from magical.so.
- Captures meeting audio locally — no bot is injected into the call, ensuring compatibility with all video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.).
Chrome Extension
- Install from the Chrome Web Store. Runs in-browser for web-based workflows and meeting contexts.
- Provides ambient note capture and action suggestions without switching apps.
Integrations
timeOS supports outbound sync to the following platforms:
- Notion — Push structured meeting notes, summaries, and log entries to Notion DBs; import templates from Notion.
- Google Drive — Export meeting outputs directly to Drive folders.
- monday.com — Log meeting data, action items, and status updates to monday boards.
Workflow Templates (Builder)
Templates are prompt-driven and define output schemas (clips, charts, tables, email drafts). They are reusable and dynamically re-applied — switching a template regenerates all outputs instantly from the same transcript.
Security
