Git Integration

Qodo connects to GitHub and GitLab via OAuth or GitHub App installation. Once installed on an organization, it automatically hooks into pull request events and begins running review agents on every opened or updated PR.

Context Engine Sources

Qodo's Context Engine aggregates from four primary sources:

Codebase – deep structural and dependency graph analysis across repos
PR History – indexed past diffs, comments, discussions, and resolved issues
Business Requirements – ticket and spec context pulled from tools like Jira
Rules – auto-discovered and manually defined coding standards

Review Agents

15+ specialized agents handle distinct review tasks (bug detection, rule enforcement, requirements alignment, security checks). Agents reason over multi-repo context to surface breaking changes and dependency conflicts, not just file-level diffs.

IDE Integration

Install the Qodo plugin for VS Code or JetBrains. The plugin surfaces review findings in real-time as code is written, enabling developers to fix issues before committing. Shift-left review skills can also run inside a developer's coding agent workflow.

Deployment Options

- Cloud (multi-tenant SaaS)
- Single-tenant (dedicated cloud instance)
- On-premises (fully within your own infrastructure)

All options support zero data retention — code is analyzed in-memory and never persisted or used for model training.
