Key strengths
Technical Setup & Configuration
Airtable Connection Pory connects to Airtable via OAuth or API key authentication. Once connected, you can select specific bases and tables to expose in your portal. Multiple bases can be combined within a single portal project.
Block System Portals are composed of modular "building blocks" — UI components such as record lists, detail views, forms, and filters. Blocks are configured visually and map directly to Airtable fields, supporting field types like text, attachments, dates, linked records, and more.
Permissions & Access Control Role-based access control (RBAC) is built in. Administrators define permission sets (view / create / edit / delete) per table and assign them to user groups. User authentication is handled by Pory's built-in auth layer.
Hosting & Deployment Pory is fully hosted (SaaS). Portals are served from Pory's infrastructure — no deployment, server management, or DevOps is required. Custom domains can be configured for white-labeling.
No Public API Pory does not expose a developer API for programmatic portal creation; all configuration is done via the visual builder in the dashboard.
