Technical Integration & Setup

ATS Integration Paradox connects to existing ATS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS, Taleo, etc.) via certified API integrations. For Workday, it enables two-way SMS messaging natively within the Workday interface, automating up to 90% of the hiring workflow including interview scheduling and candidate status updates.

Conversational Scheduling Engine The scheduling module uses calendar APIs and configurable availability rules to allow candidates to self-schedule interviews without recruiter involvement. Supports single and panel interview formats across time zones.

SMS & Chat Channels Olivia communicates via SMS short/long codes and web chat widgets. Developers can embed Paradox's Conversational Apply widget on career sites using JavaScript embed snippets. Candidate data flows bi-directionally between Paradox and connected ATS platforms in real time.

Events & Automation The Conversational Events module exposes event registration, confirmation, and reminder workflows via configurable triggers. Integration with Indeed Apply allows automatic job distribution and candidate ingestion at the toggle of a setting in the admin dashboard.
