Ironclad is a cloud-native CLM platform with a layered AI architecture that automates contract workflows, surfaces business-critical insights from contract data, and provides an agentic AI assistant called Jurist for legal-specific drafting, review, and negotiation tasks. It exposes both a CLM API for programmatic contract management and a Clickwrap API for embedding digital acceptance flows into third-party applications. The platform integrates natively with CRMs (Salesforce), procurement tools (Coupa, Ramp), and other enterprise systems, enabling contracts to be generated, negotiated, and executed without leaving existing toolchains. Ironclad also offers Rivet, a developer framework for extending and customizing CLM capabilities.
