Factory is built as an agent-native, SDLC-wide automation platform that ingests signals from multiple input sources and orchestrates specialized automations across six pipeline stages: Triage, Code Gen, Validate, Release, Document, and Monitor. It is model-independent, allowing teams to configure and swap between different LLMs (optimizing for reasoning, speed, cost, or context) at each stage. Deployment is fully sovereign — available as SaaS, Hybrid (cloud control plane + your compute), On-Prem, or Air-Gapped — and runs on AWS, Azure, and GCP. The platform exposes KPIs such as throughput (lines of code/day), PR pass rate, MTTR, and token efficiency to continuously tune and improve the pipeline.
